A deposit equal to one night of boarding per pet is required on all reservations during our peak times, and may be required on other reservations, at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Deposits are 100% refundable up to 72 hours prior to the day of check-in. Deposits on reservations not cancelled in person, via phone, or via email at least 72 hours in advance will be forfeited. Additional deposit and payment requirements will be discussed at check-in, or you may contact your center directly during business hours.

Our Disney location, requires a one day/one night deposit on whatever room type chosen upon making a reservation.
